Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and oversee a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact through to enrollment.

• Facilitate consultative discussions to comprehend the complete financial landscape of each client.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program framework, and anticipated results clearly.

• Balance empathy with guidance as you assist clients in navigating complex decisions.

• Propel efficient decision-making and finalize opportunities, typically within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with consistent achievement of goals.

• Strong capability to navigate both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Access to a high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.
