Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to comprehend each client's complete financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated results.

• Assist clients in navigating emotionally and financially challenging choices.

• Propel efficient decision-making and secure opportunities, typically within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-oriented role with a consistent record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to engage in both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial circumstances, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Access to a high-speed internet/fiber broadband connection.

• Availability for shifts on Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday during daytime hours.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM CDT.
