Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage a pipeline consisting of high-debt, high-intent customers from the initial outreach to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes with clarity.

• Demonstrate empathy while providing guidance to customers facing emotionally and financially intricate decisions.

• Facilitate efficient decision-making and finalize opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a history of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to navigate both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• High-speed internet or fiber broadband connectivity.

• Availability for closing shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT (Texas).
