Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high-debt, high-intent clients from the first contact until enrollment.

• Facilitate consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program framework, and anticipated results.

• Combine empathy with guidance as you assist clients in navigating complex financial choices.

• Propel effective decision-making and finalize opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Assist clients in finding tailored debt-resolution options and regaining financial control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with a history of meeting goals.

• Skilled in managing emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experienced in handling a sales pipeline and prioritizing leads.

• Comfortable discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Reliable high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday closing shifts.

• Open to working 8-hour shifts between 12:30 PM and 9:00 PM CDT.

• Must be able to work remotely in the Dallas and Houston, Texas metropolitan areas.
