Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a pipeline filled with high-debt, high-intent clients from the initial engagement to enrollment.

• Facilitate consultative discussions to grasp each client's complete financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, program frameworks, and anticipated results.

• Combine empathy with guidance while assisting clients through intricate decisions.

• Propel effective decision-making and close deals, often within 1 to 2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Direct clients towards tailored debt-resolution options and improved financial management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based position with a track record of meeting goals.

• Strong capability to manage both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Experience in pipeline management and effective opportunity prioritization.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• High-speed internet or fiber broadband connection is necessary.

• Availability for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts.

• Capacity to work 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CDT.
