Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage a pipeline of highly-engaged, high-debt customers from the first point of contact to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of customers’ financial situations.

• Clearly articulate debt resolution strategies, program structures, and anticipated outcomes.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially challenging decisions.

• Facilitate prompt decision-making and close sales opportunities, typically within 1–2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement focused follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for backgrounds in consultative or financial sales environments.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with consistent achievement of goals.

• Strong capability to handle both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial matters, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday during day-shift hours.

• Capacity to complete 8-hour shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm CDT (Texas).
