Debt Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee a pipeline consisting of high-debt, high-intent customers from the initial contact stage to enrollment.

• Conduct consultative discussions to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's financial situation.

• Articulate debt resolution strategies, outline program structures, and clarify expected outcomes.

• Assist customers in navigating emotionally and financially intricate decisions.

• Facilitate swift decision-making and close deals, often within 1-2 calls.

• Prioritize leads and implement targeted follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.

• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales.

• Preference for experience in consultative or financial sales settings.

• Demonstrated success in a commission-based role with a record of meeting goals.

• Strong aptitude for navigating both emotional and analytical discussions.

• Proficient in managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities.

• Confidence in discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term implications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Access to high-speed internet or fiber broadband connection.

• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts.

• Capability to work 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CDT.
