This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Investigate and address disputes related to debit cards and Zelle.

• Research and oversee cases to guarantee compliance with Regulation E.

• Analyze reports regarding chargeback statuses.

• Investigate unposted items for cardholders and issue checks as necessary.

• Adhere to Regulation E, MasterCard guidelines, network regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

• Handle Zelle dispute claims following established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Generate MasterCard Billing Reports (MCB).

• Create monthly status reports.

• Monitor alerts related to Account Data Compromise.

• Reissue warm cards in response to Account Data Compromise alerts.

• Conduct general research tasks associated with debit card operations.

• Fulfill additional assignments and projects assigned by management.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in the banking sector or a related field is required.

• Previous experience in debit/credit card operations and balancing/account reconciliation is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and applications.

• Capable of preparing or reviewing documents, procedures, and reports.

• Willingness to learn new systems and applications and adjust to system upgrades.

• Professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts.

• Effective written communication skills, including emails, letters, and electronic platforms.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and presence.

• Possess interpersonal skills and a constructive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Exhibit sound professional judgment and the ability to mitigate risks.

• Occasional travel to other First American Bank locations, bank events, and training centers may be necessary.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of additional hours as required.

• Punctuality is essential.
