Dealer Market Activation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with dealers and independent door shops to enhance sales growth and wallet share.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers into the network.

• Support activation strategies that enhance product adoption, variety, and sell-through rates.

• Generate down-channel demand through indirect sales efforts.

• Influence dealer sales practices and product recommendations at the point of sale.

• Assist in launching new products, promotions, and initiatives for premium product mixes.

• Provide training on product, solution-based selling, and value propositions to dealer sales teams and installers.

• Collaborate with distribution and business unit sales teams to enhance lead management and conversion rates.

• Utilize CRM and lead management systems to monitor activities, manage opportunities, and assess activation success.

• Work closely with Sales Enablement, Channel Marketing, Product, Regional Sales, and two-step distribution sales teams.

• Keep track of local market dynamics, competitive actions, and dealer performance metrics.

• Act as a dependable local resource, equipping dealers with insights, tools, and solutions to expand their door business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Preferred 3–5 years of direct sales experience.

• Willingness to travel as required by business needs, up to 70% of the time.

• Experience in managing dealer relationships and indirect selling techniques.

• Proficiency in using CRM and lead management systems.

• Capability to deliver training on product, solution-based selling, and value propositions.

• Ability to analyze local market conditions, competitive trends, and dealer performance metrics.
