This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Lead and facilitate deal structuring for Gracenote’s Commercial clientele.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure the most valuable and strategic opportunities.
• Oversee the delivery of Commercial proposals and executables through deal structuring, commercial solution design, and the management of internal approvals.
• Assist with objection handling throughout the deal lifecycle and serve as the main escalation point for sales.
• Manage customer expectations effectively.
• Act as a liaison among sales, finance, product, operations, and legal teams to identify and resolve both internal and external obstacles.
• Recognize gaps in Nielsen’s commercial strategies and aid in conflict resolution and program escalations across various channels.
• Take ownership of closing opportunities within Gracenote’s Commercial sold portfolio.
• Support negotiations, proposals, objection resolution, and counter/closing strategies.
• Influence the commercialization roadmap and offer insights into the performance of commercial constructs.
• Manage the Gracenote Commercial portfolio, which includes direct negotiation assistance, commercial solution design, and operational management.
• Provide intelligence assets and commercial constructs at scale.
• Lead and promote process enhancements to optimize deal support.
• Generate ad hoc reports upon request.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a focus on deal structuring/strategy, commercial solution design, and negotiation management.
• Knowledge of deal structure frameworks, commercial strategies, and sales tactics for both subscription and consumption-based products.
• 5+ years of direct experience collaborating with and supporting Sales on various deals.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where pioneering work is initiated and executed without a predefined playbook.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals under tight deadlines while addressing both external and internal objections.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with adept objection handling capabilities.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, contract management tools, and data analytics software.
• Prior experience and knowledge of pricing strategies, discounting practices, and techniques for revenue optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
