This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of client-oriented Dayforce implementation, optimization, and transformation initiatives throughout North America.
• Initiate projects and define delivery strategies, governance frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and operational methodologies.
• Create and uphold project schedules that include milestones, dependencies, resources, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Administer governance rhythms, status updates, RAID logs, action logs, decision logs, and escalation procedures.
• Recognize and manage risks, issues, actions, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions effectively.
• Oversee project scope, manage change requests, budgets, resource allocation, billing milestones, and commercial obligations.
• Cultivate trusted partnerships with client teams and senior stakeholders in HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Technology, and Finance.
• Facilitate coordination among distributed functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change, and third-party teams across various locations and time zones.
• Coordinate activities related to discovery, configuration, data management, integration, testing, readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing, parallel payroll testing, defect resolution, sign-offs, and go-live readiness as required.
• Lead or assist in project health assessments, lessons learned, and post-go-live evaluations.
• Enhance project templates, tools, governance structures, working practices, and Dayforce delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to Silver Cloud’s North American Dayforce capabilities, reusable assets, playbooks, and governance standards.
• At the Senior Project Manager level, mentor project professionals and lead complex or high-impact projects.
• Report to the Dayforce Practice Leadership Team and collaborate with consultants, commercial teams, clients, Dayforce, and third-party partners.
• Proven experience managing HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or similar enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience in leading client-facing projects through the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated accountability for delivering against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Skilled in creating and managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and critical paths.
• Strong project governance skills, including RAID management, status reporting, escalation processes, and change control.
• Experience working within Statements of Work and managing contractual and commercial commitments.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, engaging senior client leaders and cross-functional project teams.
• Experience coordinating distributed, remote, and matrix delivery teams.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify risks early, make informed decisions, and sustain momentum in complex delivery scenarios.
• Commercial insight regarding costs, resource utilization, and client outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
• Direct experience with Dayforce implementation, optimization, or transformation is preferred.
• Experience in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Workforce Management, Talent, Reporting, Data, or Integrations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with North American clients or US HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management requirements is a plus.
• Knowledge of Dayforce Activate or other structured SaaS implementation methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, parallel payroll testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare is beneficial.
• Experience managing multiple projects or complex multi-workstream implementations is advantageous.
• Project management qualifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent practical experience are desirable.
• Background in consultancy, systems integration, software vendors, or professional services environments is preferred.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers or contributing to PMO and delivery methodology development is a plus.
