This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead workshops to gather insights on client needs and business processes.
• Collect, analyze, and document both functional and technical requirements.
• Assist in designing future-state processes and making solution recommendations.
• Counsel clients on best practices and industry standards related to Dayforce.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and optimizations.
• Configure Dayforce solutions according to established business requirements.
• Aid in implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate solution designs and confirm proposed configurations.
• Support reporting, data validation, and reconciliation tasks.
• Assist with integration, migration, and testing efforts as necessary.
• Convert client needs into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate parallel testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts.
• Identify, document, and assist in resolving system defects.
• Help with deployment, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Provide assistance during post-go-live hypercare and client adoption efforts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Offer guidance and support throughout all project phases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively.
• Aid in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Assist in creating reusable assets, templates, and best practices.
• Engage in internal development initiatives and training programs.
• Keep abreast of Dayforce product advancements and industry trends.
• Promote continuous improvement within the broader Dayforce practice.
• Proven experience with Dayforce, whether as an end user, system administrator, implementation consultant, or support consultant.
• Familiarity with supporting one or more Dayforce modules, such as Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), Core HR, and Benefits.
• Strong comprehension of HR, Payroll, and/or Workforce Management processes, along with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience in supporting system implementations, enhancements, optimization projects, or business transformation efforts.
• Knowledge of system configuration, testing, data validation, and issue resolution processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and suggest practical solutions.
• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining technical and non-technical concepts clearly.
• Competence in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and constructively challenging existing processes.
• Experience in establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in client-facing project settings and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while positively contributing to broader project and practice teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Dayforce certification(s) are preferred.
• APA and CPA qualifications are desirable.
• Experience working with North American clients is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canadian and US Payroll processes and legislation is advantageous.
• Experience in supporting Workforce Management, Payroll, or Core HR projects is preferable.
