This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold the quality, security, and usability of organizational data.

• Grasp the Synergy System Data and its application for reporting, marketing, and business operations.

• Supervise data integrity, pinpoint inconsistencies, quality issues, and trends, and suggest enhancements.

• Act as a subject matter expert in data interpretation for marketing and reporting teams.

• Diagnose reporting data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

• Propose enhanced data utilization strategies to Marketing and Sales Leads to optimize sales campaigns.

• Analyze and interpret data to support business objectives.

• Uphold business practice guidelines for data addition to Pearl systems across various source and business data types.

• Establish processes, functionality, data quality standards, data sourcing, and workflows.

• Investigate and improve data management processes through standardization and minimized manual manipulation.

• Maintain and routinely update system and process documentation.

• Monitor and participate in marketing meetings and coordinate requests from the Data Management team within scope.

• Escalate out-of-scope or quality-risk requests and collaborate with leaders on appropriate procedures.

• Collaborate with external vendors utilizing and comprehending organizational data.

• Execute special projects and document processes to automate data extractions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 2+ years of experience employing basic statistical procedures, research methods, and evaluation techniques; 2+ years of data analysis/management experience using tools like Excel; 2+ years of marketing analysis experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must possess intermediate research skills, including knowledge of marketing, customer behavior evaluation, statistical theory and application, Excel, and Access.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

• Strong problem-solving skills utilizing critical thinking that applies logic.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver a high level of accuracy.

• Quick learner of technical and functional concepts with a high retention level.

• Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts clearly both verbally and in writing to the assigned user base.

• Competence in organizing and prioritizing workload amid multiple projects and deadlines.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Capability to manage frequent and unexpected changes when developing custom software.

• Skill in identifying and resolving data quality issues and formulating solutions.
