Data Specialist – Property Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the Data Management processes, ensuring timely and precise setup of data for client directives.

• Assess and analyze tenancy documents leveraging expert knowledge of leases.

• Contribute expertise to enhance team efficiency and foster development.

• Review abstraction inputs to guarantee data quality and the integrity of datasets.

• Accurately transfer lease data, funds, properties, units, and lease records into the management database.

• Handle data setup and amendment requests in line with JLL best practices, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Oversee client, property, and lease data migration during transitions.

• Perform data reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and manage their resolution.

• Support the reporting and control of critical event management processes.

• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries related to data maintenance and setup.

• Assist in collecting information for internal and external audits.

• Organize and execute data quality audits and reconciliation tasks.

• Develop and enhance data management processes, tools, and standardization practices.

• Manage and facilitate training and development for colleagues.

• Engage in project work and fulfill additional responsibilities to support data quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of legal lease documentation.

• Familiarity with Data Assurance principles.

• Proficient IT skills, including advanced MS Excel functions such as V-Lookup, X-Lookup, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Prior experience in a data management setting.

• Understanding of property management accounting systems, notably Yardi Voyager and MRI Horizon.

• Self-driven and proactive.

• Quick to learn new concepts.

• Exceptional attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

• Flexible and adaptable.
