Data Scientist, On Chain Background

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Monitor cutting-edge technologies and industry trends in AI and blockchain/cryptocurrency.

• Perform technical research and generate analytical insights.

• Investigate the potential of large models, agents, and other technologies for on-chain trading, data analysis, and intelligent application contexts.

• Quickly develop technical prototypes (PoCs) to validate innovative concepts and produce reproducible experimental findings.

• Transition pre-research results into viable and assessable product prototypes.

• Collaborate with algorithm and engineering teams to advance topics towards practical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Available to commit to consistent weekly internship hours.

• Strong enthusiasm for the convergence of AI and blockchain/cryptocurrency.

• Foundational understanding of at least one area, such as large language models, agents, blockchain, smart contracts, or DeFi.

• Proficient in Python, with robust programming and engineering implementation capabilities.

• Capable of independently executing prototype development.

• Strong aptitude for learning and a curious mindset.

• Effective communication and documentation abilities.

• Capable of articulating technical research findings and experimental outcomes clearly.

• Bonus: Experience with LLM/agent-related initiatives, academic papers, or contributions to open-source projects.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Solidity, on-chain data analysis, wallet/transaction interactions, DeFi, or on-chain trading.
