Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and implement ML and LLM-driven systems that enhance personalization, support educators, and elevate programs.

• Create, assess, and launch ML, deep learning, and LLM models.

• Manage the complete data science lifecycle from defining problems to deployment and continuous monitoring.

• Develop reproducible and thoroughly documented model workflows and pipelines.

• Execute model quality assurance and control, including validation, drift detection, and experiment logging.

• Partner with product and domain teams to refine modeling approaches.

• Persistently enhance performance, documentation, reliability, and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in applied ML, ML engineering, NLP, or LLM development.

• Strong foundation in statistics, ML algorithms, and deep learning techniques.

• Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch/TensorFlow.

• Familiarity with ML workflow tools like MLflow, including experiment tracking and registries.

• Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Proven experience in deploying models via APIs or containerized workflows.

• Demonstrated ownership, clean engineering practices, and exemplary documentation skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across various teams.

• A curious mindset, solid fundamentals, and a strong inclination towards delivering reliable systems.
