This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in formulating the strategy for Analytics, Reporting, and Metrics development in alignment with the overarching Business Information Services strategy.

• Utilize visualization tools and business intelligence platforms effectively.

• Collaborate with various functional teams to implement models and monitor their outcomes.

• Create processes and tools to oversee and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

• Employ Spotfire for data analysis and review tasks.

• Design custom data models and algorithms tailored for specific data sets.

• Offer specialized support for the development, interpretation, and application of machine learning models.

• Implement analytical and statistical methods to address use cases utilizing diverse data sources and analytical tools.

• Partner with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.

• Communicate, advise, and negotiate with customer groups regarding data modeling requirements while proposing innovative solutions.

• Establish and implement capabilities to enhance the structure and efficiency of routine requests.

• Contribute to initiatives that enable quicker and more effective data modeling, analysis, and provisioning.

• Ensure that systems, code, and documentation are ready for inspection.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in manipulating data sets and constructing statistical models.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proficient in using Python and SQL for data manipulation and deriving insights from large data sets; knowledge of R is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Experience in clinical data and domains, including Clinical Trials or the broader Pharmaceutical industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Understanding of machine learning techniques including clustering, decision tree learning, and artificial neural networks.

• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, distribution properties, and statistical tests.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across teams.

• A strong desire to learn and master new technologies and techniques.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
