📋 Description

• Lead projects or workstreams that translate business challenges into actionable data science solutions.

• Propose methodologies and oversee the execution of predictive analytics, models, and algorithms.

• Create project plans that include milestones, deadlines, ownership, risks, and contingency strategies.

• Compile and assess extensive, intricate client and external datasets.

• Oversee data selection and transformation processes to fulfill business needs.

• Develop analytical tools that convey actionable insights regarding customer acquisition, retention, margin enhancement, operational efficiency, and business performance metrics.

• Execute data cleaning, ensure data hygiene, maintain quality control, and perform data integration using sophisticated data science platforms.

• Summarize and elucidate data and data-related issues.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis, data mining, and statistical analyses.

• Document insights, findings, predictive models, and machine learning outcomes for client deliverables.

• Train, validate, and cross-validate predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Support clients in implementing models and algorithms within their architectures.

• Supervise project work carried out by data analysts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.

• Two years of relevant work experience in advanced data science.

• Two years of experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

• Two years of experience with advanced data science programming languages and tools.

• Two years of experience with query languages, semi-structured data, and relational databases, including query authoring and optimization.

• Two years of experience with cloud-based computing and storage solutions.
