This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and train machine learning, deep learning, time series, multimodal LLM, predictive analytics, NLP, and image processing solutions tailored for healthcare applications.

• Create, test, and deploy AI solutions in both cloud and on-premises settings.

• Handle extensive healthcare datasets through preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Build APIs and integrations.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate and enhance AI models within Gainwell’s existing technology infrastructure.

• Implement MLOps and LLMOps, assess models, and consistently monitor the performance of ML/DL and LLM systems.

• Enforce security protocols and safeguards in Generative AI solutions.

• Oversee, adjust, and enhance AI/Generative AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and speed.

• Investigate emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies and methodologies.

• Guarantee that implementations comply with healthcare regulations, ethical AI guidelines, and data privacy standards.

• Discover opportunities for workflow automation and business process improvement using AI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically focused on the development and deployment of AI solutions.

• Proficiency in various LLM fine-tuning techniques.

• Experience in constructing Generative AI solutions utilizing RAG architecture.

• Expertise in LangChain and LangGraph.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and workflows, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Swarm.

• Knowledge of multiple vector databases and graph databases.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.

• Experience in developing, deploying, and fine-tuning LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar, including prompt engineering, model optimization, and enhancing inference efficiency.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP along with MLOps for scalable AI deployments.

• Proficiency in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of healthcare AI applications and regulatory compliance, such as HIPAA and CMS, is advantageous.

• Streamlit proficiency is essential; knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js is beneficial.

• Ability to lead a team, collaborate with other departmental leads, comprehend business requirements, and translate them into viable solutions.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, interpersonal communication, architectural design, and persuading stakeholders.
