Data Registry Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Gather, verify, and submit accurate data to clinical registries

• Recognize opportunities for enhancements and improvements

• Offer content expertise on program and registry guidelines to clinical teams and committees within a multi-hospital setting

• Identify patients for clinical registries based on strict criteria and protocols

• Collect and verify program data in accordance with registry criteria and definitions

• Develop and sustain workflow processes for data collection

• Ensure the submission of precise and timely data via the program website in alignment with targets and deadlines

• Analyze data and reports to uncover opportunities for improvement

• Work collaboratively with clinical departments and units on performance enhancement initiatives

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field with three years of clinical experience or related research/registry experience

• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or certification from an Allied Healthcare program with five years of experience

• Associate’s degree in Science, Healthcare, or a related field with five years of experience

• Knowledge of medical record documentation and mainframe systems for patient information

• Candidates must reside in Ohio or Florida

• Capacity to perform work in a stationary position for prolonged periods

• Proficiency in operating a computer and other office equipment

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information effectively

• In certain locations, capability to lift up to 10 pounds

• Ability to adhere to standard precautions using personal protective equipment as necessary

• Compliance with post-offer controlled-substance testing

• Adherence to the annual influenza prevention program or an approved exemption
