Data Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and update databases in accordance with client specifications.

• Analyze, interpret, and structure extensive healthcare data.

• Assess and process client healthcare data feeds to create a high-quality, analytically-ready database within designated delivery timelines.

• Authenticate and extract/load data into databases utilizing a proprietary toolset.

• Conduct data analysis and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with external data suppliers to address data quality concerns.

• Prepare and present professional status reports to both external and internal clients.

• Document process modifications and update critical information accurately and promptly.

• Foster relationships to collaboratively address challenges.

• Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Adhere to compliance and audit protocols.

• Design, create, modify, and test ETL jobs for customer implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other science-related disciplines.

• Proficiency with ETL tools and data integration methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional time management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure.

• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and architectural best practices.

• Excellent analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to communicate effectively with primarily U.S.-based clients and colleagues.
