Data Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide dedicated assistance, implementation, and backup support for the Platform Architect on the WirelessWindow project.

• Contribute to the development of architecture, ongoing support modifications, and validation/testing processes.

• Build, manage, and enhance Smart Workflow initiatives, including SIM inventory reconciliation, router audits, order processing, and plan upgrades.

• Address recurring and ad-hoc reporting requests for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and sometimes customers.

• Document and standardize reporting workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Monitor data integrity and investigate discrepancies across Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, Cradlepoint, Peplink, Starlink, and Cortex applications.

• Assist with audits and reconciliation activities.

• Serve as the first responder for data-related tickets in Atlassian Jira, resolving or escalating Smart Workflow exceptions as necessary.

• Provide light development support, including SQL queries, Power BI updates, and low-code/no-code automation.

• Utilize LLMs and AI agents such as Copilot for prompting, debugging, and automation tasks.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Billing to ensure Smart Workflows align with business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience collaborating with a data or platform architect on system development.

• Familiarity with Rev.io, Salesforce, Sage, Cradlepoint, or Peplink platforms.

• Proficiency in using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Copilot) for workflow creation or troubleshooting.

• Background in supporting telecom, IoT, or connectivity operations data.

• Capability to sit or stand and utilize a computer for extended durations.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting using various collaboration, development, and project management tools.

• Experience with Make, Power Automate, and Copilot.

• Proficient in SQL query development.

• Skilled in updating Power BI.

• Familiar with low-code/no-code automation techniques.

• Experience with Atlassian Jira.

• Knowledge of data quality monitoring, anomaly investigation, auditing, and reconciliation processes.
