Data Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for the business.

• Analyze marketing, student acquisition, revenue, and growth performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Construct and enhance SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from diverse sources.

• Develop data models, measures, and visualizations utilizing Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.

• Convert business requirements into efficient reporting solutions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend reporting needs and promote data-driven outcomes.

• Advocate for best practices in data visualization and self-service analytics.

• Assist in continuous improvements to data quality, reporting capabilities, and analytics frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable role.

• Proficient in Power BI, including advanced skills in DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.

• Strong SQL expertise and experience working with various data sources.

• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Experience in creating reporting solutions that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the education sector and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data environments (Desirable).
