This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create calculations for key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance measurement frameworks.

• Monitor service level agreement (SLA) performance, pinpointing deviations, risks, or potential areas for improvement.

• Review monitoring alerts, incidents, performance logs, and operational data to identify trends.

• Generate analytic reports and executive summaries on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

• Assist dashboard teams in establishing metrics, data sources, and visualization needs.

• Execute data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance checks across various data sources.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to aid decision-making for operations, engineering, and leadership.

• Maintain reporting templates, standards, and definitions of metadata.

• Detect anomalies, performance bottlenecks, and recurring problems.

• Document analytic processes and ensure they align with program reporting standards.

• Support the PMO, dashboard teams, engineering teams, and operations staff by transforming raw operational data into actionable insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret clearance or higher.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data analysis.

• Experience in developing KPIs and monitoring SLA performance.

• Proven track record of producing weekly/monthly reports for federal, DoD, or large enterprise environments.

• Background in analyzing alert logs, incidents, or operational performance datasets.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools for querying and reporting data.

• Solid understanding of KPI design, SLA metrics, and performance measurement techniques.

• Familiarity with dashboard or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.

• Knowledge of principles related to data validation, reconciliation, and quality control.

• ITIL Foundation certification is required.

• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for executive reporting.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting outputs.

• Capability to identify trends, anomalies, and insights within complex datasets.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet recurring deadlines.
