Data & Integration Engineer – AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between various business systems.

• Create dependable automated workflows and synchronization processes.

• Develop monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation processes to ensure that integrations remain functional.

• Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems.

• Support the establishment of a centralized data warehouse and reporting environment.

• Create dashboards and reports that facilitate informed business decisions.

• Automate recurring operational and financial processes.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

• Build AI-assisted workflows that provide measurable value to the business.

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation and maintain supportable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and supporting API integrations in production settings.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and Webhooks.

• Experience in managing two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.

• Ability to troubleshoot real-world integration challenges and API limitations.

• Strong SQL skills, including proficiency in queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.

• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation.

• Demonstrated capability in automating business processes from start to finish.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly within a controlled delivery framework.

• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms.

• Ability to gather reporting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of how data models support reporting and business intelligence solutions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
