Data & Insights Technical Consultant – CJA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Adobe Experience Platform applications, such as Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, Edge Data Collection, and Analytics.

• Work in partnership with business consultants, data architects, and enterprise architects to provide integrated solutions.

• Facilitate technical discussions and convert business requirements into technical specifications and requirements.

• Create data integrations, tag management strategies, and API connections.

• Play a role in shaping solution architecture for custom requirements.

• Produce customer-facing presentations, documentation, and training materials.

• Mentor and train both internal and client teams.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

• Keep accurate records of project activities and client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles with practical enterprise software implementation.

• At least 2 years of direct experience with one or more of the following: Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP, or Analytics.

• Fundamental understanding of Adobe Edge Data Collection for both web and mobile platforms.

• Expertise in API integration, tag management, data modeling, and architecture.

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform Tags, single-page applications, and web development.

• Proficient in JavaScript.

• Background in mobile SDKs, architecture, marketing technology, and analytics.

• Understanding of event-data pipelines.

• Preferably experienced in utilizing AI/ML models for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, or automation.

• Experience in designing or managing databases/data models is preferred.

• Experience in specific vertical industries is a plus.

• Familiarity with automation/scripting (Python, Scala, R) for large-scale data analysis is preferred.

• Awareness of multi-platform media delivery and privacy/consent considerations is preferred.

• Ability to work remotely while supporting clients across the United States and Canada.
