Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Precisely input and maintain data within the client's internal application.

• Analyze and extract information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal Order Management Systems.

• Process assigned requests and tickets in accordance with established workflows and procedures.

• Update ticket statuses and transition requests to the subsequent process stage.

• Refer to internal knowledge bases, reference materials, and process documentation for guidance.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.

• Detect missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as required.

• Uphold productivity and quality standards during repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks.

• Adhere to operational guidelines and meet designated deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above, with the capability to comprehend written instructions and communicate effectively.

• Prior experience in data entry, data processing, administrative support, or related operational roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, navigation, and basic spreadsheet functionalities.

• Ability to follow structured procedures and detailed process documentation.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to efficiently manage multiple requests.

• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while ensuring consistent quality and productivity.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or order management applications.

• Availability for full-time work over a 3-month project duration.

• Must be based in Asia.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.

• Background in high-volume data entry or transaction processing environments is advantageous.
