Data Entry Specialist – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately input and refresh data within the client's internal application.

• Review and extract details from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and internal Order Management Systems.

• Process designated requests and tickets in accordance with established workflows and procedures.

• Update ticket statuses and transfer requests to the subsequent process stage.

• Consult internal knowledge bases, reference materials, and process documentation.

• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to submission.

• Identify any missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and escalate issues as necessary.

• Maintain productivity and quality standards during repetitive, high-volume data entry tasks.

• Adhere to operational guidelines and meet set deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Prior experience in data entry, data processing, administrative support, or similar operational roles.

• Strong attention to detail and emphasis on data accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management, navigation, and basic spreadsheet functions.

• Capability to follow structured procedures and detailed process documentation.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.

• Comfortable executing repetitive tasks while upholding consistent quality and productivity.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Availability for full-time work on a 3-month project.

• Must reside in Asia.

• Experience with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or order management applications.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.

• Experience in high-volume data entry or transaction processing environments is advantageous.
