Accounting Data Entry Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and oversee requests for additional work quotes concerning EPO/VPO.

• Follow up on outstanding builder invoices to facilitate timely payment collection.

• Address disputes related to builder invoices, EPOs, and VPOs.

• Process payments for builders.

• Accurately and promptly process all vendor invoices.

• Handle subcontractor invoices and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.

• Upload purchase orders and conduct EPO/VPO matching.

• Upload plans and plot plans as necessary.

• Process and manage backcharges for subcontractors.

• Process and manage backcharges for vendors.

• Process and manage backcharges for builders.

• Adhere closely to client instructions and established processes.

• Accurately report time and assist in resolving accounting issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or certificate in a field related to accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

• Highly proficient in Excel.

• Expertise in QuickBooks.

• Competent in the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Strong computer skills with a quick ability to learn new software applications.

• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients, suppliers, and team members.

• Flexibility to adapt to varying situations.

• Capacity to multi-task, address problems, and prioritize effectively without sacrificing accuracy or detail.

• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Responsible, dependable, and possessing a positive mindset.

• Capability to perform clerical tasks, including researching, tracking, and resolving accounting issues.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
