📋 Description

• Create data-driven analyses to uncover opportunities for enhancing products and user experiences.

• Oversee and execute comprehensive digital programs and initiatives utilizing agile and design-thinking methodologies.

• Design and implement digital training and leadership development programs.

• Formulate digital strategies and initiatives for business transformation through digital enablement.

• Manage a project portfolio and provide updates to senior management.

• Establish quality assurance methods, tools, and programs.

• Contribute to or create budget plans.

• Identify, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, breaches, attacks, and vulnerabilities.

• Communicate and execute the function's strategic objectives and business plan.

• Assess team development needs and offer training or coaching.

• Supervise and report on the performance of a sizable and diverse team.

• Oversee a work program utilizing product management processes and standards.

• Foster team engagement, effectiveness, and talent development.

• Make strategic, timely decisions independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Master's Degree or an equivalent level of education.

• 6 to 10+ years of professional experience.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in supervising and directing personnel and resources to achieve specific results within tight deadlines.
