Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Investigate and assess data to uncover patterns, opportunities, and areas for process enhancement.

• Design and deploy agents and multi-agent systems aimed at automation, generating insights, and supporting decision-making.

• Suggest and execute process automation utilizing concepts and tools such as n8n.

• Integrate solutions with decision-making platforms (e.g., FICO) to enhance analytical processes.

• Manage large quantities of structured and unstructured data while ensuring quality and consistency.

• Implement GenAI concepts for automation, data enrichment, and generating insights.

• Employ graph techniques to discern complex relationships and opportunities within Customer Master Data, including detecting connections, clusters, and relationship patterns among entities.

• Keep track of market trends and emerging technologies relevant to the Customer Master Data field.

• Generate analytical reports and executive presentations (PowerPoint) to convey results in a clear and strategic manner.

• Document methodologies, processes, and outcomes in a clear and systematic way.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering or data analysis along with the development of data-driven solutions.

• Background in AI projects and automation of pipelines.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, and PySpark.

• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control practices using GitHub.

• Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure/Databricks and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience or a keen interest in agents and multi-agent systems utilized for analysis and automation.

• Understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.

• Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and contemporary automation tools.

• Familiarity with graph modeling and analysis (e.g., Neo4j, Graph Data Science).

• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools.

• Knowledge of Azure ML, Databricks, and AI platforms.

• Involvement in data governance or Master Data Management (MDM) projects.

• Experience in innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with decision-making platforms (e.g., FICO).

• Experience with projects that utilize graphs for relationship analysis and insight discovery.
