This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create scalable reporting solutions and dashboards that enhance visibility into costs, utilization, and network performance.
• Design and refine data pipelines utilizing SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
• Convert intricate healthcare data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish reporting strategies that align with business objectives.
• Enhance reporting processes via automation, standardization, and performance optimization.
• Develop frameworks for data quality and validation.
• Educate and support stakeholders in data interpretation and self-service analytics.
• Provide targeted analyses that aid business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related area.
• Advanced SQL skills, including the ability to execute complex queries and perform data validation across various data sources.
• Proven experience in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to transform data into meaningful business insights.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and achieving results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Health Policy, or Finance (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare analytics, encompassing cost, utilization, or network performance analysis (preferred).
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement models or network analytics (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics or process automation (preferred).
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
