This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Address issues primarily through comparisons of Excel files and various software tools regarding samples sent or scheduled to be sent to external laboratories.
β’ Confirm that all necessary sample information is accessible both before and after shipment.
β’ Incorporate any missing information from other available data sources.
β’ Ensure test codes are accurately ordered prior to database locks.
β’ Relay issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Assist with final database cleaning following the upload of results.
β’ Validate that all laboratory results have been successfully uploaded into the database.
β’ Oversee the Data Coordinator mailbox and track shipping manifest issues until they are resolved.
β’ Communicate ePL problems with both external laboratories and internal stakeholders.
β’ Report structural ePL concerns to the Global Study Manager or Study Design Lead manager.
β’ Notify management of any non-responsiveness.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive and current training file, ensuring that training is documented prior to undertaking tasks.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ A-level qualification.
β’ At least 1 year of administrative experience.
β’ A minimum of 6 months of experience with Microsoft Excel.
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner.
β’ Strong organizational and planning abilities.
β’ Excellent attention to detail.
β’ Preferably, 6 months or more of experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
