Data Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist clients throughout every phase of their compliance journey.

• Perform compliance audits and impact assessments.

• Evaluate and interpret regulatory requirements, translating them into technical specifications for information systems.

• Create functional and technical specifications customized to meet business and regulatory demands.

• Act as the intermediary among legal, compliance, business, and IT departments.

• Oversee implementation projects, including the deployment and configuration of AML/CFT tools.

• Establish GDPR records of processing activities.

• Manage data deletion, archiving, and anonymization initiatives.

• Execute BCBS 239 indicators.

• Conduct design workshops.

• Educate and enhance teams’ understanding of regulatory requirements and data compliance matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and experience in compliance projects related to GDPR, AML/CFT, KYC, BCBS 239, Sapin II, and similar regulations.

• Capability to integrate intricate legal, functional, and technical aspects.

• Skill in analyzing risks and providing relevant recommendations.

• Expertise in audit techniques and methodologies.

• Proficiency in conducting risk and impact assessments.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings effectively.

• Capability to train colleagues on complex subjects.

• Intellectual curiosity and a dedication to ongoing learning.

• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
