This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Accurately perform comprehensive assessments based on field conditions.
β’ Document data following the correct standards to ensure clarity for office-based project teams.
β’ Collaborate with team members to maintain uniformity and precision in data collection methods.
β’ Utilize smartphones and/or tablets to gather and record pertinent data.
β’ Employ GPS software and/or geospatial coordinates to navigate assigned territories and client locations.
β’ Recognize items that require documentation in the field with minimal supervision.
β’ Achieve production goals while understanding project deliverables and milestones.
β’ Adhere to safety protocols and engage in safety initiatives.
β’ Support power restoration efforts during natural disasters.
β’ Travel overnight occasionally as needed.
β’ Carry out field inspections of utility distribution equipment, including visual assessments, photography, and mobile data entry.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Additional technical or vocational training is advantageous.
β’ Strong attention to detail with an ability to conduct visual assessments effectively.
β’ Proficient in using smartphones and tablets for data entry and communication purposes.
β’ Good communication skills along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently to various job sites within the client's service area, sometimes with little notice.
β’ Flexibility to adapt to new site inspections and outdoor environments, including diverse weather conditions and terrain.
β’ Readiness to travel overnight when required.
β’ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
β’ Strong navigation skills with the ability to read maps.
β’ Proficiency in basic computer software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
β’ Maintain a clean and professional appearance during client interactions.
β’ Effective time management skills.
β’ Capability to meet company standards for pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
β’ Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
β’ Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines.
β’ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrains for extended periods.
β’ Frequent travel required, potentially up to 100%.
β’ Capability to walk long distances, climb stairs, navigate uneven ground, and access active construction or utility work sites.
β’ Ability to lift and carry equipment, tools, and materials weighing between 25β50 pounds.
β’ Competence in safely performing duties while wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
