This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Conduct comprehensive assessments with precision based on field conditions.
β’ Accurately record data using established standards to ensure clarity for project personnel in the office.
β’ Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and accuracy in data collection methods.
β’ Utilize smartphones and/or tablets to gather and document pertinent data.
β’ Navigate assigned territories and client sites using GPS software and/or geospatial coordinates.
β’ Identify items for documentation in the field with minimal supervision.
β’ Achieve production targets while understanding project deliverables and milestones.
β’ Adhere to safety protocols and engage in safety initiatives.
β’ Assist in power restoration efforts during natural disasters.
β’ Travel overnight as required on occasion.
β’ Perform daily inspections of travel and utility distribution equipment in the field.
β’ Conduct visual analyses, capture photographs, and enter data into mobile devices for field data collection projects.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is advantageous.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to carry out visual assessments proficiently.
β’ Skilled in using smartphones and tablets for data entry and communication purposes.
β’ Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Willingness to travel frequently to various work sites within the client's service area, often on short notice.
β’ Adaptability to new site inspections and outdoor environments, including diverse weather conditions and terrains.
β’ Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
β’ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
β’ Strong navigational skills and proficient map reading abilities.
β’ Familiarity with basic computer software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
β’ Maintain a clean and professional appearance during client interactions.
β’ Effective time management skills.
β’ Meet company standards for pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
β’ Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
β’ Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
β’ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains for extended periods.
β’ Frequent travel required, up to 100%, to utility sites, customer locations, and project areas.
β’ Capability to walk long distances, climb stairs, navigate uneven ground, and access active construction or utility work sites.
β’ Ability to lift and carry equipment, tools, and materials weighing up to 25β50 pounds.
β’ Competence to safely perform duties while equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
