Data Archiving and Document Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management assistance for all archiving and document management solutions.

• Ensure the integrity and availability of systems and controls.

• Generate stakeholder reports and metrics that highlight key performance indicators.

• Oversee the technical execution of significant cross-functional initiatives.

• Collaborate with EMIT support teams to restore services after unexpected outages.

• Evaluate technical requirements.

• Create and maintain baseline standards documentation.

• Develop and test proof-of-concept systems.

• Carry out system administration tasks.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive health checks.

• Conduct regular system maintenance, including RFCs, SAP profiles, file system cleanup, login groups, and load balancing.

• Provide problem management for issues addressed by the archiving support group.

• Plan and carry out system upgrades and enhancements.

• Assist with infrastructure modifications, comprising application, database, operating system, and hardware upgrades.

• Monitor CPU, disk, spool, and memory usage.

• Analyze and resolve performance-related issues.

• Execute disaster recovery and cyber recovery testing.

• Manage data cleanup and archiving processes.

• Construct and configure archiving and document management solutions and servers.

• Conduct certification for new services.

• Keep system documentation current.

• Offer technical recommendations for upgrades and patches.

• Suggest and implement new support procedures and scripts.

• Participate as Level 2 and Level 3 support in troubleshooting activities.

• Assist with project tasks.

• Conduct archiving and retrieval of data and archived documents.

• IT experience is required.

• An IT mindset is crucial for quickly grasping and learning our processes.

• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

• A background in business processes is advantageous.
