Data and Solutions Architect – AI Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop solution architectures for key Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Automation initiatives.

• Convert business needs into scalable and sustainable technical frameworks.

• Create solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

• Establish standards for architecture, integration, security, governance, and observability.

• Work closely with Data, Analytics, Engineering, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.

• Offer technical assistance to teams throughout the entire solution development lifecycle.

• Formulate strategies for batch and streaming data processing.

• Construct data pipelines, integrations, and event-driven architectures.

• Maintain best practices for security, compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), data governance, and cloud cost management.

• Assess new technologies and suggest ongoing enhancements to the corporate architecture.

• Assist in defining technology roadmaps for AI projects and digital transformation efforts.

• Engage in technical presentations and workshops with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or Cloud Architect.

• Background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI projects.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.

• Understanding of contemporary data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse).

• Experienced with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Event Hubs, and Key Vault.

• Knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.

• Experience in integrating systems through APIs, microservices, and messaging.

• Understanding of event-driven architecture.

• Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of security practices, data governance, and FinOps.

• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-104, DP-203, or AI-102) are preferred.

• Databricks certifications are preferred.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, or other Generative AI platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLMs, AI agents, and multi-agent architectures is preferred.

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar is preferred.

• Background in large corporate environments and digital transformation projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture is preferred.
