Data and Analytics Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain impactful executive dashboards and reports that focus on monitoring the results of the Direct Sales channel, directly aiding in decision-making.

• Play a key role in the design and progression of data products, including analytical databases, data models, and dashboards, ensuring they are standardized, reliable, and user-friendly for business teams.

• Serve as the intermediary between Business teams and the Data Engineering team, converting analytical needs and business inquiries into well-defined, prioritized technical requirements.

• Assist in structuring, governing, and ensuring the quality of Direct Sales channel data, making certain that the information utilized in analytics and BI is consistent, reliable, and accessible.

• Promote the strategic utilization of data, acting as a catalyst to enhance a data-driven culture within the channel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficient in SQL for developing analytical queries and manipulating data within analytical environments, with experience in BigQuery.

• Extensive experience with data visualization (DataViz) tools, including Tableau and Looker Studio, with a focus on creating executive and management dashboards.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Capability to convert technical data into clear, actionable insights that relate to business inquiries and decision-making processes.

• A proactive, analytical, and investigative mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks, structure analyses, and propose solutions independently.
