Data and AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify and address data integration challenges within Engage.

• Manage the product roadmap for data integrations and oversee data flows through Grip.

• Prepare data for both current reporting requirements and future agentic applications.

• Lead API integrations with organizer systems, third-party vendors, and enterprise platforms.

• Partner with data engineers to design ETL pipelines and structure datasets.

• Oversee and enhance event tracking using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).

• Establish success metrics and create data-driven feedback mechanisms.

• Contribute to the design of the MCP tool and decide how Grip data is shared with agentic systems.

• Collaborate with the Data and AI squad to uncover valuable agentic functionalities.

• Acquire a working knowledge of AI monitoring, evaluation, and security.

• Facilitate squad ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with engineering leads to manage trade-offs, eliminate blockers, and maintain a healthy backlog.

• Utilize Claude Code, GitHub automations, and agents to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and assist with minor fixes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of product management experience with a solid data focus, preferably in technical or platform roles.

• Strong comprehension of data architecture and ETL processes.

• Capability to discuss data ingestion, transformation, and downstream structures with data engineers.

• Proficiency in APIs and integration methodologies.

• Ability to review data contracts and mitigate integration risks in collaboration with engineers.

• Experience with CDPs, tracking plans, pipeline management, and data quality assurance.

• Practical knowledge of data usability for AI, including vector embeddings, structured outputs, and context windows.

• Familiarity with MCP and agentic tools, with ongoing learning in this domain.

• Experience in utilizing agentic tools such as Claude Code, automation agents, and similar technologies.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and commercial stakeholders.

• Experience working in agile environments, preferably within a B2B SaaS or scaling context.

• Direct exposure to AI-first features or agentic workflows is a plus.

• Familiarity with MCP tool design, vector databases, or AI system monitoring and security is advantageous.

• Background in event tech, MarTech, or platforms with intricate multi-system data flows is a bonus.
