Data Analytics and Reporting Subject Matter Expert, SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to establish essential business metrics and gather requirements.

• Design and architect data pipelines.

• Create and develop dashboards for stakeholders.

• Sustain and enhance existing data infrastructure and dashboards in response to changing business needs.

• Publish and maintain comprehensive documentation to educate and inform users at scale.

• Execute infrastructure modifications to optimize data landing times.

• Work alongside leadership to identify data-driven enhancements, highlight risks or issues, and support solution-focused initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.

• Proficiency in Python and/or other data scripting languages.

• Experience with business intelligence visualization tools such as Cognos, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Skilled in querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms to explore large and diverse datasets.

• Ability to learn and utilize newly emerging data analytic toolkits based on the problem statement.

• Must be available to work from 8AM–5PM AKST.

• Video cameras are required during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
