📋 Description

• Manage a high-performing, multidisciplinary team within the Data & Analytics division.

• Create and develop intricate visualizations and analytical models to assess the effects of market or operational shifts on the organization.

• Collaborate closely with operational and functional departments to identify, prioritize, and deliver critical analytical use cases.

• Simplify complex findings into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.

• Analyze and interpret extensive volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data, utilizing both proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms, and analytical toolkits.

• Thrive in a fast-paced industry and organization where speed to market is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.

• At least 8 years of industry experience in applying advanced analytics.

• Proven experience using analytical techniques to support operational enhancements, scheduling, asset utilization, or investment choices.

• Experience in supervising others, ideally in analytics or engineering positions.

• Ability and desire to think abstractly, tackle problems, and navigate uncertainty.

• Passion and motivation to be a leader within the team, contributing to its future development.

• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in two or more of the following: analytical software like R or SAS; data visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI; relational or graph database management systems like SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4J; programming languages including VBA, C++, Java, or Python.
