This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations involving submissions, acknowledgements, and error reports, addressing errors at their source instead of merely rectifying the output.

• Handle customer disputes within the specified SLA: verify claims against our data, amend or eliminate records when appropriate, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team.

• Manage the reporting logic in dbt on BigQuery, including the exclusion lists and data-quality checks associated with it.

• Develop reporting logic for new products and ensure validation with the Credit Bureau prior to launch.

• Adjust submission volume and timing according to the Credit Bureau data dictionary.

• Act as our liaison with the Credit Bureau for clarifications, Service Desk inquiries, and processing capacity.

• Report directly to Nourelhoda Bekheet.

• Proven experience as a data, risk, or reporting analyst within a lending organization or fintech.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with extensive datasets in BigQuery.

• Capability to meticulously read and apply technical specifications as outlined.

• An investigative mindset: you verify data before taking action on a ticket and document your findings.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as you will collaborate with regulators, customer service teams, and engineers.

• Ability to work with fixed SLAs and the patience to engage with an external counterpart that operates at its own pace.
