Data Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review existing inventory dashboards, reports, and indicators to identify instances of proliferation and redundancy.

• Evaluate KPI definitions and verify the reconciliation of figures across various reports and time periods.

• Examine discrepancies between extracts for the same timeframe and any changes to rules that lack version control.

• Map the levels of self-service, autonomy, and confidence expressed by users.

• Assess digital data collection methods, which include the tagging plan, event tracking, consistency, and ongoing maintenance.

• Identify retention periods in marketing data sources and their effects on historical data integrity.

• Confirm the integration of digital and e-commerce data within the central ecosystem.

• Facilitate discussions with business users in Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments.

• Convert reported issues into traceable gaps, substantiated by specific examples.

• Assist in the creation of a heat map across various consumption dimensions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available for a temporary engagement lasting one month, working 6 hours per week.

• Proven experience with Power BI in a corporate setting, including the assessment of semantic models and analysis of measure lineage.

• Proficient SQL skills are required to investigate and replicate discrepancies between data extracts.

• Experience in defining and documenting KPIs, along with an understanding of indicator governance.

• Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including a review of tagging plans and event diagnostics.

• Ability to conduct interviews with business users without steering their responses.

• Experience with Looker Studio and Adobe Analytics is preferred.

• Background in e-commerce data and conversion funnel analysis is preferred.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform is preferred.

• Previous experience working with healthcare professionals or in relationship programs is preferred.
