This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Analyze intricate healthcare datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Assess operational and financial performance metrics.
• Convert analytical findings into executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Query, manipulate, transform, and prepare data utilizing SQL and other tools.
• Construct and sustain structured datasets, join tables, and ensure data integrity.
• Work in partnership with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data Management teams.
• Identify root causes and propose practical, data-supported solutions.
• Conduct validation and quality checks to guarantee analytical accuracy and dependability.
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and processes thoroughly.
• Oversee multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support ongoing improvement through data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Stay updated with analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology, including CPT codes, DRG, claims, and inpatient/outpatient concepts.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.
• Experience with the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• At least 3 years of experience integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude Code.
• Experience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Demonstrated timely and regular attendance.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated.
• Ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, validation, and quality of work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities.
