This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop, maintain, and routinely share reports focused on clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk management.
• Utilize computational languages, platforms, and environments to extract and manage data for analytical purposes.
• Deliver clinical insights and identify data trends for various organizational projects and initiatives.
• Present data findings and collaborate with senior-level operators and clinic team members.
• Summarize results in non-technical terms to guide leadership recommendations and subsequent actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to disseminate analytical findings and promote impactful management outcomes.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and strategic partner in clinical and methodological domains.
• Travel approximately 1–2 times per year.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required; a background in an analytic or quantitative discipline is highly recommended.
• Proven experience in data management and cleaning, data visualization, and data presentation.
• Capability to learn and gain proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, or other statistical software as necessary.
• Experience in a healthcare or public health environment.
• Proficient in querying large datasets using SQL or other software like R, Python, SAS, or STATA.
• Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with clinical data, including information extracted from electronic medical records.
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing team.
• Capacity to deliver high-quality, precise work to leadership, including the Chief Medical Officer and other executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Competence in communicating complex analyses clearly and succinctly.
