This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Convert intricate business challenges into organized analyses.
• Create and present engaging visual narratives utilizing contemporary BI and data visualization tools.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Construct low-latency data pipelines and streaming analytics solutions.
• Develop automated queries, dashboards, and analytics embedded within SaaS applications.
• Enhance analytical tools and workflows for improved speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Prepare refined datasets for machine learning training and inference.
• Assist with feature stores, model outputs, and data versioning.
• Integrate with machine learning platforms and implement MLOps practices, such as A/B testing and model monitoring.
• Facilitate AI-generated dashboards and conversational analytics experiences.
• Design interactive live dashboards using leading BI platforms.
• Enable self-service analytics across various teams.
• Establish governance frameworks that encompass naming conventions, lineage, classification, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to global regulations and maintain enterprise-grade security protocols.
• Create automated validation, anomaly detection, and monitoring systems.
• Develop trusted single sources of truth for essential business metrics.
• Maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and metadata repositories.
• Assess emerging data patterns and architectural strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Data teams.
• Design scalable SaaS and multi-tenant analytics solutions to meet global performance, latency, isolation, and availability requirements.
• Proven experience in technology roles, particularly in data analytics or platform analytics.
• Established background in SaaS or product-oriented organizations.
• Experience with large-scale datasets such as telecommunications, IoT, telemetry, or digital platforms.
• Practical experience in designing scalable, cloud-based data environments; AWS preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with JavaScript/NodeJS is advantageous.
• Experience with dimensional modeling, star schemas, and data marts.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Understanding of modern data ingestion and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines, feature stores, and AI/LLM-based analytics.
• Experience in applying DevOps methodologies to data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GDPR, SOC2, ISO frameworks, and data protection regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in English.
