This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Perform exploratory and statistical analyses on intricate datasets

• Create statistical, econometric, and time series models

• Design and execute analytical workflows in Python within the Databricks/Lakehouse framework

• Develop and update dashboards and analytical reports for various stakeholder tiers

• Convert business challenges into quantitative models and present interpretations to leadership

• Maintain data quality, methodological integrity, and governance

• Act as a technical advisor for analytical best practices

• Lead complex analyses and assist leadership in shaping business strategy

• Transform data into actionable insights, predictive and explanatory models, time series analyses, and impactful visualizations

• Contribute to the creation of data products that aid strategic decision-making and enhance outcomes

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline

• Strong knowledge of probability, statistical inference, hypothesis testing, and distributions

• Demonstrated experience with regression techniques (linear, logistic, multivariate) and time series models (ARIMA, Prophet, or similar)

• Proficient in Python for data analysis and modeling tasks

• Experience handling substantial datasets and working within Data Lake/Lakehouse environments

• Capable of clearly communicating with both technical and executive audiences

• Preferred: Prior experience with Databricks

• Preferred: Background in large organizations or complex analytical settings
