This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.
• Gather, cleanse, and analyze data from ERP, CRM, and various business systems to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports tailored for business users and leadership.
• Write SQL queries and utilize analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze extensive datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to comprehend business needs and convert them into data requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations using clear visualizations and presentations.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and quality initiatives to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
• Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
• Keep abreast of best practices in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in requirement gathering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of data flows within ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, SyteLine, or Salesforce within a manufacturing context.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Databricks or Delta Lake.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata documentation.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a bonus.
• Exposure to Agile project environments and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Git.
