Data Analysis Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the upkeep, organization, validation, and updating of data utilized by the PAD Quality team.

• Facilitate SAP BO reporting tasks, encompassing data extraction, updating recurring reports, confirming data accuracy, and refining reporting logic.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, which includes data preparation, updating visualizations, improving usability, and supporting management reporting.

• Contribute to the Quality Management System through data management, dashboards, AI tools, automation workflows, and digital solutions.

• Aid in the creation of AI-driven solutions, including prompt engineering, testing, use-case documentation, and implementation support.

• Assist with Power Automate workflows and automation projects, including testing, documentation, data entry, monitoring, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Engage in basic programming, script creation, data processing, and tool enhancement under team supervision.

• Liaise with the Quality team and stakeholders to clarify data requirements, reporting expectations, dashboard updates, and potential enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in data management, dashboard development, Artificial Intelligence tools, and prompt engineering is essential.

• Familiarity with SAP BO, Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, programming principles, or script development is advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication; fluency in English is considered beneficial.

• Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and a willingness to operate in an international setting.

• Strong analytical capabilities with an interest in data management, reporting, dashboards, automation, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Solid understanding of data organization, data quality, reporting logic, and structured documentation practices.

• A methodical, dependable, and independent working style with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Capability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

• Proficient in preparing structured documentation, summaries, and presentations.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
